It must be the

*  Classed as an Electrically Propelled Goods Vehicle, and as such, is exempt from Road Fund Licence charges and MOT requirement. A valid tax disk is still required, but is free of charge.
** It is still advisable to have an MOT or safety check annually as your insurance might be void if you cannot prove it is roadworthy in the event of an accident.
